super multi locally

Particularly interesting and superior to Mario Kart in local multiplayer.
A player may have the gamepad and instead of mario kart, multi use as personal screen.
Thus,
- Two-player local multi, both players have a full screen, a player has the gamepad, the other TV (TV against a half each in mario kart)
- Three-player local multi, one player has a full shield (gamepad) and two players have a TV half (against each 1/4 mario kart display)
- Four local multi player, one player has a full screen (gamepad) and 3 players have a TV-quarter (1/4 against each TV mario-kart)
- Ability to play 5 local multi (against 4 Max mario kart).
