With the optical mouse I have problems with strong lateral light. This mouse pad no longer, it works just fine. It's thin, resistant and coated non-slip bottom, thus well suited for use anywhere and also stowed away in the laptop bag. I 'glue' the mouse pad when transporting just on the laptop lid, then it can not slip and so not even wrinkling. The blue is more turquoise, looks good.
Antimicrobial did not care (do not want to eat it so), but as a mouse pad it fulfills its purpose super!
