there is a difference between riesyen a nonstick pan and a good non-stick pan! This is second DIW wool pan that we have and we would buy them again and again - absolute recommendation!

+ Here adheres to nothing
+ Scratchproof
+ Prima induction suitable
+ Removable handle (goes into the sink well)

- Very difficult (bear full pan to the table is Sport)

Note: the pictured at Amazon images of this pan and the pan 28cm in "normal high" are distorted. This pan is not as high as it looks, in my view, "normal" and the other pan is too shallow for me because nothing is pure.
