Looking for an egg timer or timer I came across this model TR119 of Oregon. The housing in high-quality design, the dimensions of 72x70x19mm. The LCD screen is 47x20mm in size and easy to read by the slightly curved visor with magnifying effect. This timer has an additional normal time display, which switches between clock and timer with a slide switch. The times in clock and timer can be set via the h / min. / Sec-keys, this will sound a tone when pressed. Hold for the setting buttons, the time setting is accelerated and hidden the beep. The starting or stopping the timer is of course on the Start / Stop button, and after the set timer time and pressing the start / stop button is maintained the previously set timer time. The signal has a good volume and is not audible. On the back side there is a fold-out (and lockable) clip with magnet. The timer can therefore normally be placed or adhered to metal (eg, refrigerator) by the magnet. The device is operated with a 1.5V micro battery. This timer can actually nothing to be desired, because the returning timer runs after the set time further forward, so that it can be seen the exceeded time. In many copies (like mine) may be missing the housing inscription Oregon Scientific, which has no influence on the technical function. Give my part but the full purchase recommendation.
