This book is really great! It gives a lot of little tricks to move every day and with the humor necessary to motivate us ... Without miracles (although ...) the "exercises" it offers are really affect the silhouette! I recommend it to all women who want to take care of themselves without spending hours to sweat! The recipes are friendly although we do not necessarily all the ingredients on hand ... Goodies: illustrations (super girl ...), humor (yes, it's not a chore to read it!), Setting light and airy page ... Cons: um ....
