Graphics:
In my opinion, the two games do while playing is not much in terms of graphics. FIFA has softer movements and the PES better character representations. In the repetition the game (PES) does for me but a very good impression and it's fun to gates and parades or Fouls over and over again to see.
5 of 5 stars because I think that with the new engine, the console is pretty maxed out and until the PS4 is room for improvement again.
Game mechanics:
So real football feels !! This set actually enough already as a reason to buy. The speed is just right (but can also be changed from -2 to +2) and set the whole just looks real. The duels, scoring chances, playmaking and quick counterattack. All this is implemented very realistic and it shows extremely tactical orientation. Example: Yesterday in the Champions League against Schalke in the Cup played as rank outsiders. Very defensive formation, designed to counter-attack, made space tight and played with a proper tip. Did the game though with 1: 3 lost, but you can tell really how the various settings which tactics concerns fruits and implemented.
Large drawback for me as far as the game mechanics are the dropouts, which from some players and to have. The goalkeeper act here and there a bit stiff and yesterday there was the first really big blunder of my self-created keeper (thickness 100: P) for a harmless shot at center of the door. Sure, that's somehow realistic, but felt a bit like yesterday's Fifa momentum, because the game until then went in only one direction, but I always failed at the other goalkeeper and finally 0: 1 lost.
Every now and then the game jerky is also very strong, especially when you come towards the 16er's. It does not interfere with correct me, but it falls on already.
Gameplay 4 of 5 stars from me for it.
Atmosphere:
Here, PES has improved, but is still far off in FIFA, I think. Here, everyone has to decide for themselves how important it is.
3 of 5 stars, but I was not important in the purchasing decision.
The rest I grab times in no specific category:
Licenses are again the usual plus a few more. Who wants to play Buli, waiting for the community "patch" or just playing FIFA.
The menu of the game is actually relatively unimportant to me, but for your information, it is quite simple and does the job.
Conclusion:
My preliminary conclusion is definitely a strong buy recommendation for those who want to have "real" football simulation one and can be put off by (still) missing licenses, now and then extremely weak AI (especially goalkeeper) and in between times stronger and weaker stuttering.
For me there is therefore 4 out of 5 stars for the game.
