I wanted as they smell not brush goat known evil. I bought these for my newborn daughter. Size and quality are great, do not lose hair and is very stable! Actually, you should only 6 months a brush horsehair use because it is a bit coarser than the made of goat hair, but I find it still very soft and if the baby already has thicker hair, that's no problem!
