We have three very hair cats, according to needs to be vacuumed daily. The Dyson has great suction and cleans so that even I have no problems as animal hair allergies. Update January 2014 After 4 years in daily use, the engine has passed. Call Dyson Customer Service and on the second day of the suckers was collected. Repair took as promised (3-5 working days). Dyson has also replaced all filters and to done a new floor nozzle. That's what I call fast Topservice!
