Teen book orientation but may be suitable for adults. A parallel space-time history, a correspondence between two teenagers whose lives are separated by a century. We are a few months of World War near Laon - city which suffered terribly during the Great War- here we are simultaneously in 1914 but also in 2014. Can we change the "History"? That's the plot of this little novel, can we change the past without changing the present? A flexible style, a strong plot, a novel four hands, each author-a man and a woman Corresponds to one of the "kids". This is not a war novel but a very thin and sensitive story about two "worlds" that are found only through letters exchanged and sometimes a little more! One hundred years on a row of time is nothing but this book clearly shows the gulf between the daily life of a boy of 1914 and that of another living in 2014. A wonderful find! Thank you to the other reviewers who have guided me in my positive choice this book.
