FBA was done as usual very fix. The activation went very quickly - after about 20 hours, I received phone number, PIN and PUK. But that also the first surprise: the selected desired number has been deposited, but calculated. After about 10 times, trying I was finally able to reach an employee at the hotline again after about 10 minutes waiting. However, this told me in a very rude tone customers that I would have made a mistake and a modification of the number of your order is no longer possible. It seems to me the fault to lie with me, because WinSIM or eteleon has 15 EUR yes calculated for the desired phone number, but not assigned to me this. I will both contracts for my wife and me and revoked again look for a reputable supplier. Under the cheap price just suffers as expected but the quality of service - at the end so not a bargain - at least for me / us not - too bad!
