But in this everything seemed to agree: the important parts are made of aluminum / metal or stainless steel, only the case of plastic, enough power, according to wattage (1200, the other model has probably 1000) and then a really good price!
Bought, unpacked, amazed (because running out of oil, hopefully no engine damage ;-), initial cleaning carried out and off we went!
First of all: the oil comes from the (hydric) stainless steel perforated discs that are incidentally supplied in triplicate with each other hole diameters (3, 5 and 7 mm). It is probably also vegetable oil and according to instructions should you also regularly rub it and put in the original resealable bags for storage. That was probably not very close and was still a lot of oil in it, so ran some rum in the box. But it was not so bad.
The assembly is quite simple, as is the initial cleaning. Using four Saufnäpfen is the device quite firmly on the worktop - when you pack away then but feel that at some point the plastic casing breaks and hang out with the suction cups on the worktop remains :-)
The meat I have freed from tendons and cut into cubes, they must not be too small. Then clean up, turn on and already comes down mincemeat out - the housing "wobbles" here a little, but that only speaks for the power that it has. Because I had nothing to do with the above Stampfer follow up on, the meat was so carried. If it still hangs times, there is also a return. For this you have then questions and then a second "ON" to "R" change a switch from position I to position II. In position II but is also only the return, so to me is the question, why do I even have to change from I to II. But well, that's not a problem.
The subsequent purification was relatively easy as you all parts that can easily remove the meat to come into contact. Since I had in mind even prior to purchase, it will be difficult to get the remains neatly out of the pipe with the screw and the knife. Very good!
Additionally, there is an attachment for spraying luggage, a sausage filler attachment and a "kebbe" essay, (to Kibbeh, so to make mince bulgur dumplings) - I have not tested everything, as I said, focus on burger =)
For the price really good, let's see if it also holds long and does not break the third time ...
Update 04/01/2015
##############
So now I have yet another meat minced (this time with the largest hole diameter), which was criss-crossed and also had some tendons. I did not have all the tendons removed perfectly and lo and behold, here you quickly to the limit. The chord (or the rest of it) had front wrapped around the knife and thus triggered a "chain reaction" that nothing was cut properly. Rather, it was pressed by the worm simply forward which naturally resulted that nothing went. Disassembly, remove all (no longer so easy when everything squeezed dranhängt) and reassemble was necessary because the return has not helped here. For this reason, a star deduction - the tendon was really small and really you can see easily. That there is a problem so I would not have thought.
