To use in the study:
In the first semester, I've been thinking about buying me a tablet because of the many scripts and have the now in the third semester - after extensive research on the tablet itself and via suitable Android Apps for Use Study - well done. And I'm really happy! It has every script always there, without having to carry around a fat heavy folder.
With "Lecture Notes" (there's a demo version and a paid version, purchase for 3.19 worth it!) I can directly insert in the script notes. The lettered script can then again export as PDF and so pull on the PC. For the notes you should buy a stylus, it facilitates writing immensely.
"CamScanner" helps me, films that are not found in the online script, to photograph and save it as a PDF. Then I can put it in Lecture Notes in the right place - this app is also recommended & for free!
Did I even forget to download the new script, that's no problem. Because with the Memo Pad, I can easily catch up on the university-Fi.
Haptics and optics:
I have my Memo Pad bought in white - I like super! One does not see him at the most reasonable price. Has arrived to the bag, I used it without any protection. I must say I was surprised at how well the tablet is in the hands! The back is smooth indeed, but I never had the feeling it fall to me right out of hand.
Unfortunately, the shiny back is pretty soft material: after a brief use without fabric base we see directly where the tablet rested because it has very small scratches. But for me, no downside, is finally an object of utility.
All connections are easily accessible, the buttons also.
Touchscreen & Display:
Touchscreen responds very well, knew nothing there to complain about. Bin full and very satisfied, 10 inches would be me clearly been too great with the 7 inch. Lying horizontally on the table sometimes interferes with the mirrored ceiling lighting, yet everything is visible, no later than at full screen brightness. The highest brightness level is fully sufficient sunlight.
Battery:
Keeps for several days, since I never use it for hours at a stretch. The battery is fully charged in almost exactly 4 hours.
Sound:
Sound of music, videos & movies is true to size good & not blechig.
Just In Time for Operation in general:
Android 4.2.1 I find class (my HTC Desire Z has only ne 2er version). I especially like the modes, for example, a mode "study" with all the apps for studies on the home screen, and "leisure" with e-book, Facebook and play. Very handy.
WLAN registration and connection is quick and easily. Pages in the browser & YouTube videos load quickly.
Settings menu is concise.
Use running without jerking, all liquid (can not actually recall problems).
I especially like also the quick settings when runterzieht the top bar (no idea how the function is called) - is very extensive.
Summary:
I have the Memo Pad HD7 would now since 5 weeks and buy it at any time again. For the price you can almost not regret it, because I can find no faults! The heavy folder that not even properly fit into my pocket, was very annoying and must now thanks Tablet no longer with.
In the spare time I'll take it often in the hand. Music videos are regularly & Angry Birds to play better on the tablet than on the small phone.
