    I looked at the ratings of this product after ... damage . what I blame is the lack of user data (cooking time, etc.) mandolin is not solid, not possible to cut with. I contacted the seller and never answered.

    The idea is simple and really great, but the design is really failed: Blade mandolin is flexible and suspended, contrary to beneficially mandolins whose blades are asked and therefore rigid. Result: impossible to cut regular and whole slices, at best
