I am an amateur athlete protein shakes I take off and after exercise.
The first I'll start with the effect of shakes, as these are the most difficult to assess. Who is an amateur athlete like me, does not necessarily have a protein shake, because he can cover his diet pretty good by normal food. (That's the theory) I personally can not do it because I did not previously made re home a meal and then take with the university. (As I said am an amateur athlete) So I cross from time to time after training to protein shake. As I have already taken a number of protein shakes, I can compare the effect quite well. The effect, therefore, the muscle building, was good and on a par with my other Shakes. For me, it's hard to say that it is X on a scale of 1 to 10, as it naturally always are various factors that influence. (Diet, exercise plan, number of trainings etc.) When I look at the effect, I can recommend the Shake.
Now I come to taste. Mir has not really tasted vanilla, because it was too artificial and sweet to me. I'm actually not a big fan of the taste of vanilla and got here extremely high claims. So vanilla tastes good, it really has to be bombastic well. Mir is vanilla with many shakes too sweet, but many also tastes. The taste I can not necessarily recommend the Shake.
The ingredients are really good. With 21.5 grams of protein / protein to 25 grams you get here exactly what you want. The vitamins contained herein. With only 1.20 grams of sugar (100 grams) is also very low in sugar. Otherwise also, there are also artificial sweeteners such as sodium cyclamate E 952. There are many good and BCAAs.
What I do not like the following: ca 100Gramm on 1 liter of water (or milk) are taking over the day. Ok it can decide for themselves whether it takes 100 grams during the day or whether it rich example 25 grams after a workout, but why there is no scoop? Although there stands about 8 tablespoons, but whether one who comes to 100 grams, all depends on how to fill the tablespoon. What I liked was the solvability. The can was also well made, but is just bulky. (I would prefer a bag, the can again look better than such a bag)

For me, as an amateur athlete, the protein is too good. Personally, I need not necessarily the best of the best ingredients, but put much more emphasis on the taste. (As I said, it's a hobby) But if for you the sport is a religion or you simply much emphasis on good nutrition / ingredients, then you can certainly try it this protein.
Recommendation: vanilla not because it was not particularly good. (If you do not so much emphasis on the taste or always liked you, for example, chocolate, yes)
