The taste of coconut milk is really very good, but not great better than by other manufacturers. What Me Rapunzel coconut noticed the flakes do not dissolve even when heated. The lack of emulsifier can now be seen positively as well as negatively. It is made up of fat and other components to be quite solid mass of water from and as already mentioned, the mass does not dissolve completely.
For ice cream, a coconut milk with emulsifier is much better, because the consistency is much creamier.
Rein for sauces such as in Thai curry I can but recommend this coconut milk.
