Section 1: The Pen as such (regardless of Samsung):
-----------
14 cm long, slightly roughened surface, 8 mm in diameter. Tapering the top starts 12 mm above the top.
There are clearly visible seams of the mold - not really nice - but the touch do not interfere.
Is to write very well in the hand. For me comparable with round markers or a round pencil.
The button is slightly recessed. They can press only when finger or thumb they meet exactly. The latter is
but not particularly facilitated by the round shape. The only asymmetry - the clip at the top - is
arranged such that it can not help. That was, for example, solved a lot better in the pen of an IBM x41.
Here, the side was flattened by pressing. Was just as good in the hand - by flattening one has the key
but always met and even when you press the same there was no danger that rotates the pin.
Initially, the key was also quite heavy. But this has come loose after a few operations on its own.
At the top there is a "Eraser", that is, when you turn the pen, you can in the designed for this purpose applications
switch from the write function to Radiergummifunktion, without pressing the menu or other controls.
I felt it almost always quite useful (and very intuitive). The whole is very soft suspension and looks
very chic (and support the widespread habit to play in boring meetings on pens around).
To use this is unfortunately not particular good. The end also has a diameter of 8 mm and is flat at the end.
So you covered with the pen a fairly large area of the screen. Precise positioning of the deletion function is
not possible. With my old Wacom PL 400 the eraser had a distinctly kleieren diameter and was rounded.
This looks pretty mokelig, but works much better. Lenovo has sacrificed here for the sake of the design function.
Conclusion:
Look good (for the use of materials, I feel the price but too high)
To write well
Button I feel useful as just
Eraser almost useless
Section 2: The pen in combination with Galaxy NotePro SM-P900 12.2

s.
Despite the above-mentioned shortcomings, I would buy the pen (as long as there are no alternatives) again because
he significantly better in the hand for writing than the stub returns the Samsung with the Tablet.
The recognition accuracy is as good as the Orignal Samsung (Note: This is * only * for the new Samsung touch models
with the new Wacom Technology - with older devices will there be no joy), ie compared with older systems Wacom!
superlatively well.
There is very little friction between the display and the pin (less than filler or pencil on paper).
I notice here no annoying stutter (wei about in an ancient Wacom PL 400)). The minimum required pressure force
on the surface, I feel stronger than at filler / paper but lower than between pens / paper.
When Thinkpad pen it seems to me a little less than before the Samsung (but can also by a deception
be the larger scale - measured I have the strength not).
