My starting point is that I own a BlackBerry Torch of my company and privately an iPhone 5 had. My BlackBerry is limited by various security protocols, so I had problems with some Bluetooth headsets in the past. Both units I have the whole day with me, with the BlackBerry accounts for 80% of my calls. The price is secondary, I would have paid more to get the best for me headset. So was the Bose Series 2 my first favorite, the Jabra has won but for the following reasons: Positives: + Call quality is very good, there is at least at the level of a conversation without a headset. In a noisy environment, it is even better than the built-in BlackBerry Micro, since the ambient noises are better filtered. The interlocutors therefore does not notice that I use a headset and this is the decisive point. + Headset simultaneously with two devices (Blackberry and iPhone) connected. This means that the headset will turn on and calls from the BlackBerry or iPhone can accept, without me having to switch something. If I have an active call on my Blackberry, still ringing through the iPhone call and I can change via headset between callers (both ways). This is the big advantage over Bose or Sennheiser, which do not offer this feature for me. + Caller will be announced when they are present in the phone book. I have both phones in the Sacko / jacket and like to have my two year old son around me. When it rings, tell me who is calling my headset (or the number. If not in the phone book) and I just press on the acceptance button and does not have to fumble out only my phone. + Battery indicator can be seen in my iPhone screen, I use up during the day but not yet done. My call volume is average, how frequent callers get to the battery limits, I can not judge. The unit is rechargeable via mini USB and is very fast. An app for detail setting is present, but also works without (I can not install apps on the BlackBerry). + Voice Control works!, Even Siri is supported. If both devices are connected to the headset, I have to turn on a device (eg. As iPhone unlock), so that the headset knows in which phone it will use voice control. Is fine for me, since no significant additional expense.
Negatives: -Klingt Abstract, but the headset is great and looks characterized by chunky. An in-ear headset as the Bose Series 2 is more elegant and simple. With the Jabra one feels a bit like ten years ago, or Bork from the Star Trek universe ... This was so unaware of the purchase and I only realized it when I asked myself, what a huge Headset I see in my mirror image. This I will actually somewhat more considered than my last in-ear headset, but the benefits outweigh. -There Are only two bracket sizes available. The little creates a still good, but not perfect fit. It is slightly less, but holds. I can wear it all day without it hurts, the seat is "still good". Works even with glasses.
Conclusion: Except for the size perfect for me headset. Since the technical benefits outweigh and are not offered at the competitors, I see no alternative. Device I have for a month in operation and am very satisfied. Therefore, there is of me five stars because it's the best for me in spite of the size Headset.
