The technical side is done fairly straightforward. The free app is loaded on the iPad or iPhone and the plant sensor communicates with the Apple product via Bluetooth. First collect the flower-power data of domestic potted plant and then provides information (by comparison with the database), whether it is the plant to cold or too warm, too wet or too cold.
Although this is a nice gimmick - but in my eyes no longer.
My currently quite desolate leaf poor Benjamin plant sensor nor helped the roots, as my previous attempts by the classical method (no drafts, not too bright but not too dark ...). And the orange trees no more or less blooms through the sensor. I look then the enormous price and the comparatively reasonable possibilities, I have to say: Who so far has no green thumb is not to live green by the Parrot Flower Power. Who good so far came clear with his apartment plant, which is also a clear conscience can not plant sensor continues.
The part can be dispensed with and in my eyes nothing more than a nice (s) earthy art gimmick. Thus, only two out of five stars.
PS: In addition, it would be nice for the purposes of environmental protection, if the part would not be delivered in a plastic packaging but in a cardboard box ...
