FOCUS:
Started my test photos evening with "available light" in the apartment, went through clouds to absolute sunshine weather. These flying gulls came in the sunshine (with C-Focus and multiple AF). In all situations the focus between 90-100% worked. being equivalent to 90% of the darkness and the moving object.

HAPTICS:
As usual of Olympus, also this lens with very high quality materials was almost perfectly finished. The weight is not negligible, but with battery grip or monopod no problem at all. The adjustment of the focal length and "refocus" is precisely possible and feels really good. The lens is comfortable to hold, is not slippery and was not cold on the hands also at 5 ° C. => My 'old' manual lenses provide as fast a refrigerator is.

Image performance:
