Some things, however, you should know. I focus something on the negative. Actually, Siemens is in fact a great (and very quiet) sucker when you can come to terms with these things.
The floor nozzle: vacuum cleaner manufacturers are forced by EU directives to curb the engines with respect to power consumption, without sacrificing absorbency. An important approach to this dilemma is apparently the floor nozzle. Both Eio and Siemens and Miele now also now have built up floor nozzle, the more the carpet "laid eyes" himself. This weggesagt also low-level (with a correspondingly reduced power consumption) a lot of dust. But sooner you could also at a high extraction level the nozzle back and move across the carpet without being "rubbed" or "stuttering". Today, this is no longer possible. The nozzles suck firmly on high level so the carpet sucking that much is too strenuous. One has even notice the pile direction, because to suck against the grain is at the highest level, almost an impossibility.
This "hard eye" does not mean as I said, that the suction power has been greatly improved. The old vacuum cleaner had just such a suction pipe from the upstream. Only the bottom nozzle was even more air from the side through or was not as air flow-optimized and efficient. This, however, could also at the highest level suck carpeting and the nozzle in any direction, even rapidly, moving across the carpet, and sucking was a lighter.
The power cord: Long, however annoying automatic winding, which is activated with a short tug on the cable. This allows you to "straighten" the unit when vacuuming no longer the cable, then because the cable would confiscated immediately. But you get used to it.
Plastic: Black paint, scratches and dust magically attracts. A bad habit of the modern era.
The upholstery: It stand out so little plastic tabs, which then leaves strips while sucking (ie no marring, but just mechanically). Not well resolved.
The bag: something exotic format, for example, I can not find any DM-bag for it (which is always a very good alternative to the expensive Miele and Swirl bags are at Miele). Even the matching Swirl bag has not at any supermarket.
The pipe: too short for taller people (read: especially for men). You always have something bent over sucking. This is the biggest drawback for me. Miele pipes are the crucial 10 cm longer, so you can suck upright.
Conclusion: When you buy a modern vacuum cleaner, must adapt to the new sucking feeling. Instead of 2000 Watt suction with good movable flat floor jets has now energy-efficient vacuum cleaner with "fixed-sucking" high ground jets. The Saugkomfort has decreased, it saves electricity. But since that is now on most models so the comparison is among these new suckers. And because Siemens lands Miele on the podium at the top, not. In particular, the long tube at Miele, one should not underestimate from 1,70m height!
But as I said, this is criticism at a fairly high level. Opposite Cheap suckers from the grocery store is still making a good choice by Siemens. Even the Miele is not perfect and will cost more. That is why the 4 star got, and unfortunately the Siemens must take 3 stars Vorlieb what it is not quite fair, but otherwise I can not grade it.
