Smells great, but the disillusionment comes at the first bite.
I'm starving rather than something to eat. DISGUSTING in taste and texture!
People count calories and eat sensible food, then you take off too.
This is disgusting high 3 and taught me a lesson that one so does NOT guarantee
loses in a reasonable way weight.
