This book by Amélie Nothomb is slightly different from previous. She gives us here with his usual literary genius his thoughts and feelings during his recent return travel to Japan. I love this book and I love all the books of Amélie Nothomb that takes us through a universe shifted to philosophical questions. This time the universe is real but the shift is through memory, through time. It is an extraordinary writer. We met in Aix-en-Provence for his book signing session. It's a brilliant and generous person and we keep a great memory of this exchange with her. Of course, I advise all those who love to read exciting stories of life there while seeking a sense, this book and all of the books of the author.
