And one day when I walked amazon, I stumbled on this book and then I thought why not? one more, one less, anyway I'd be disappointed (which is often the case) I'd be happy. And what was my surprise when having finished reading it and begin to learn to eat properly. This was not a PLAN !! especially do not forget this is important, this book teach you according to your body, your size etc.
I followed exactly what was said in this book. I learned with great pleasure to see my power base and especially what to eat when. No FRUSTRATION !! No constraint or very minimal. Only for me it was deleted (sometimes) the appetizers and desserts and fruit at every meal (my biggest mistake ever) But after just one week I got used and it is rare that I am hungry in the evening to say.
I eat what I like but differently. I am less tired (oh joy especially with my illness that exhausts me) but mostly I saw results dice the first week.
3 weeks since this beginning and here are my results: before 99 kilos for 1m63 ...
3 weeks after 96.6 kilos !!
I do not lose too fast but enough for me, that was 2 years I did that take without losing a few grams (even the yoyo effect)
So I ordered my eyes closed the following books: Cooking flavor to slim beauty with the morpho-Nutrition + the starter diet (this one keeps me in the end) also in the kitchen there is no flavor wrong recipe I've done that before so I do not cook too. There I took a real pleasure to do !!!
With my new way of eating I do yoga and pilates + I must admit, I never felt so good !!!
So darken on this book, I definitely recommend;) Eat without frustration happiness.
