Details: Fits really in any (Photo) bag, so (as) always there. It is my able Olympus Pen E-PL7 to fix in any position (also vertically photos thanks to the recess opposite the fixing cylinder and also with the telephoto zoom 40-150mm, but is also easy to pigs). Is in 10 sec off and screwed up. Since the camera but only 16cm height "perched", one is often forced to look for an external increase (boulders, car roof, ...), otherwise you have to look already difficulties over a high curb over it. Is just a tabletop tripod. Since the three legs folded but about 25cm diameter need (-> awesome safe stand), looking to possibly a little longer for the right pad..
Tip1: not fully unfold legs, but you should have previously traced the Allen screw in the middle of the three joints, as with time something triggers and go to the legs not so non-slip base then slowly further apart. For this purpose should be the 2,5er Allen always have it. Bring (only, but sometimes decisive) about 5 cm more height with physics given losses in stability
Tip2: ram (for more height) a little road in the ground. feet in the form (almost all the way) the closed state a tube. Feet then cable tie around the stick firmly fix with (Velcro). Needs may just a little more time than building a full stand, what you do not always have this ;-)
The second screw (for readjustment of the ball head-movement rate) needs foolishly a 2er Allen. However, if you work here sent, you can just set up so that the (admittedly with me light) Camera does not tilt, you can but still pivot about the Z-axis of the head on the tripod (ZB for panoramic shots, even if the Nodal-point does not fit exactly)
Conclusion: Does what it should. One star deduction for quite fast dissolving Allen screws and that this needs two different keys.
