Amazon exchanged 2 times because the autonomy announced by the manufacturer is thirty days while mine like just two days with use of up to two hours ... I do not advise this. Graciously exchanged a second time by Amazon.com, the third mouse like much compared to the load of the other two, I thank the entire team of Amazon.com that is very responsive, and customer follow-up is top, if call and do not call a premium rate number that's very nice of them. Exchanged for the third time because faulty mouse: left click was double clicks to access my bank accounts or to calculate with the calculator was not convenient. Amazon has changed me 10 days before the end of the legal warranty of three years. I give them 5/5 for customer tracking and I would recommend without hesitation on their site. Thank you
