The main focus I put personally but clearly on the "home theater use," ie Blu-ray`s in 1080p, with completely darkened room. And to make it again shortly! LED Reference! It's really unbelievable what Samsung delivers a brilliant and natural picture! Sharpness and level of detail are extremely high and the black level can be more than excellent for LED circumstances. In addition, the screen looks never outshone or too bright. With the right settings conjures the F6500 very warm, natural / strong colors and impeccable contrast in the room. So Blu-ray`s are a delight! Was tested among others with "Sherlock - Season 3" and "Oblivion".
The most important, however, the Samsung is completely Clouding-free, my model in any case! No clouds, no Flashlights in the corners, no dead pixels, nothing! Even if the backlight is on a higher level, the picture brightens very clean and evenly! And that's certainly not the norm for LED televisions, which many users probably know. An enjoyable home theater evening so nothing stands in the way darkened environment. The F6500 is equipped with active shutter technology, and that is all top notch! Sensational sharpness, no ghosting, great picture depth, a stable steady image great! Serve to test had to include "Pacific Rim", "The Hobbit 2" and "Transformers 3".
