this is 2 times that I use it, the first time I took 30 minutes before result missed acting max 1:30 later! The second I took them 2 hours before and there great (erection 4 hours non stop for 1 capsule, the only side effect, eye a little crack of blood, and some uncontrolled erections during the day.
