The book that made me loved reading there 18 years. He who made me discover the kind that go to become my favorite reading style. From science fiction to lesthétisme more oriented toward that pure science; the space-opera or atmospheres, the planets succeeds without resembling. It is rather violent, with little trace of optimism, and an almost total absence of humor but that's part of what later became the trademark of Peter Curling. The other hallmark is its undeniable talent as a storyteller is already dazzling in this novel (his first after Rohel series). In each chapter we discover a new decoration, a new character, a new danger that the author depicts with details and specifics (may be too some would say). The general plot of the story is sometimes a bit confusing; one sometimes wonders what direction we are going. But the mysterious threat Scaythes regularly confirmed in each chapter. Today I read this trilogy with delight and revel in every sentence. Serte, nostalgia for my youth shall alter my judgment a few but the three volumes of the warriors of silence are a first choice or read the reader's imagination is solicited without stops.
