Apart from the installation that has lasted much longer than I thought, was in account activation is still a problem that lasted for about 2 days.
However, I have only today sent the problem early on and now the support shortly after noon, it seems to be working and so I changed my review very quickly to 5 stars!
Although I have not received a reply to my mail, but it works now so that I can dial into the Fritzbox me online and that's great.
