Only 2 stars is rather aimed at the support!
Since almost the complete support takes place in Germany in the German Tizzbird Forum I refer to it (Yes, the Forum is officially from the manufacturer! The people you on the page as Tizzbird Support achieved are the same as in the Forum)
There logged in I have a few technical problems trying to update to solve but also try to help other users.
However, you will be treated unhöfflich, no matter what, the device is touted as high and super, and never makes a mistake. You only get to hear the one making falscht and just not Tizzbird. Even when it comes to the an app is not running times is always the Endwickler guilty that must supposedly endwickeln the app for Tizzbird, not Tizzbird needs to be updated so that it also works with new Android apps.
Particularly rude and bad is there the Admin [TIZZBIRD] Stone Cold. As you get through reads through the forum once a his way already noticed.
General can be to say that 0815 support works well, but the real technical problems which are more complicated are rarely dismounting and you only get to hear the customer's fault, not the Tizzbird. The best are saying things like: Well, then buy yourself NEN better router ....
Well at least it's fast so quickly because it is based on the support forums technology.
Also what is the root concerns manufacturers very own ....
Alone the Therad to the Support Forum directs a same time from ... read. Ziehmlich ridiculous only because root.
A firmware with root, and the ability to flash back under warranty is to acquire the Android help forum.
So the device is great,
the manufacturer, or the German Department of support is just bad ...
And apparently there are often but often questions on the device ... otherwise there would be no support forum.
