- A sober base, elegant and simple;
- A location convenient framework, where pots can not move and tip over, with super convenient handles for handling;
- Larger jars than conventional yogurt maker that made the reputation of Seb (similar capacity to a standard jar of commerce);
- Solid plastic material, beautiful finishes and simple design
- Ladle taking the form of a yoghurt pot, convenient to assay the preparations in pots;
All my yoghurt batches have managed so far, and are firmer than in the "old" version, I nevertheless use semi-skimmed milk, but I need to add as much powdered milk the preparation. I could even make different recipes yogurts simultaneously: apricot, blackberry, strawberry, caramel with salted butter ... ultra conclusive result !!!
Ditto for the other preparations. Special mention for small-Swiss and the creme brulee.
More Trade desserts, now I know what is there in mine: no preservatives, no dyes, no break in the cold chain. Moreover, it is not obliged to make batches of twelve pots. And I have not yet bought spare pots, because I use those in my old yogurt maker that's all benef '!!!
And it is more economical: a single pot of Commerce (or a single dose of ferments) to obtain 12 jars homemade.
Mamie November * can therefore get dressed and retire, I do not want industrial dairy desserts at home!
Small precision for condensation on the lid, quite normal if you gently remove the lid, leaving the horizontal well, there will not be a drop in your yogurt.
I even had fun making comparisons in store and online for rates. Including postage of one or the other, I have so far not found cheaper elsewhere!
So treat yourself !!!! ;-))
