Many feel that "Blackening" is the black album Machine Head. For my part, I found "Through the Ashes of Empires" much more interesting and above all affordable. The Blackening offers long and complex securities, brutal and worked, not easy to access, but certainly are part of a strong inspiration of Rob Flynn.

Large gap between thrash metal and outdated tomorrow, production is reinforced concrete ... your ears will take a hit! We instantly found the sound MH and it is certain that this album has a very long life and offer you sound research for long ... I remain still nostalgic Burn my Eyes, much more powerful, immediate and making fly immediately.
