I especially like the high edge at the Selit pan. Larger portions, such as vegetables pots, rice or pasta pans for more than one person can be done easily here. At the edge of nothing falls down when turning cautious.
I see it as a matter of course to, especially with newer pans to use only gentle kitchen helpers. So I just use special plastic or wooden spatula. Scratched I have thus anything yet. Equally, of course, it is for me to wash a brand new modern pan in the dishwasher. I do that on a regular basis, again, no traces are yet visible.
We fry also often times at the highest level. Even accidentally seared meat does not force the pan equal to its knees. The coating ensures that I need less fat, the food does not get stuck and cleaning is done sometimes quickly with a sponge.
At the processing can be seen clearly that the pan is one of the cheaper models. I have had quite already NoName pans in hand, which were cheaper and still looked high. But as long as everything goes well and ends up no coating in the food that's ok like this.
If the state change something, I'll add at this point an addendum under my review. Otherwise applies after 3 months: Tolle Recommended pan!
