Without having previously reingehört I ordered the new long player from Mr. Ragan and was not disappointed. The opener Something may catch fire is fun and good humor. It can clearly hear that these guys have all their heart blood flow in their music. Of course, serious tones are played, what you do not expect anything else from Hot Water Music frontman. Although till midnight considerably more Country has influences as eg Covering Ground Chuck Ragan succeeds his style of songwriting to remain true: You can tell what the guy sings thinks the same way. My personal favorite songs: Non Typical, Bedroll Lullaby and Something may catch fire. But listening to value all. Therefore, my advice to all Dylan and Springsteen Fans: Buy the thing!
