The perfect book to impress your friends with delicious and surprising recipes!

Today, talking about magic. Unfortunately, it does not comes here to talk Dharry Potter but pastry. This is a moment quau detour of the canvas, I see talking magic cakes. Q But is it quun magic cake? This is a cake made of three different layers but cooked with a single preparation. One batter ?! Three layers? Sponge cake, cream and custard? The good joke, I must say that threw more than septic and extremely curious (because, well, there were still pictures to supporting). When I discovered quune bloggers that I love particularly read (and whose recipes are always top), Enchanted Pastry, would publish his cookbook magic cakes Marabout editions, I was all joy and i waited its release impatience. And once the book in my hands, I had a blast!
For now, I havent had time to make only two recipes myself (but my sister has tested two for you). I started by a safe bet without much apparent difficulty, the magic vanilla cake before cracking for the magic salted butter caramel cake.

Magic Cake with Vanilla
One can say that I am a little crazy, or suicidal choice but I threw when lai tried invited to eat in the evening and I had to get dessert. I can not tell you the pressure Was the cake cooked enough? Would there be three layers? Is it good? As much suspense until the end of the meal and cake cutting. The three layers were there (phew) but in addition this cake is a delight. After this first successful test, it sagissait to retry the experience with the magic cake with salted butter caramel because I adore that! Magic Brownies

Conclusion

The book is very pretty, with beautiful pictures, washing-about giving us lots of little preparation tips that are welcome (because yes, the magic has its subtleties cake!).
