Many wonder if eg ALDI capsules operate in the Tchibo machine? All I can say: Yes and no. It works, but it will probably scrap the machine, which is why you should always remain with the manufacturer. The capsules are designed for different pressure conditions. Moreover ALDI using another filtering technique in the capsule than it is the case with Tchibo. One should really only do in emergency situations when no longer be present capsule and one should wait for the delivery of new capsules.

A useful addition is a water filtration system, because then you can save the descaling entirely located.
