Protection against power loss seems effective, and the inverter is recognized without problem and without specific driver for OS X.

However, the protection RJ45 (Ethernet) is unusable: it weakens a 1Gbps Ethernet signal enough that the connection syncs only 100Mbps (yet wholly in Cable Cat 5e 10 m ...), which amounts to ie it can not be used.
