Since I was looking for a burner which M-Disc could burn I heard about this device. My initial skepticism that one can not be at this price to be able to produce a high quality device that turned on first use of the recorder to be false. The burner was connected to my computer from me via the USB cable, and was ready for immediate use. The media to be described (DVD + R, DVD-R, M-DISC) were all described properly and could be played on any other devices. It is very positive that you can operate the device without any problems using a netbook in battery mode !!!
