Pears, apples, kiwis and bananas were successful. It is very nice with dried fruit to present an aperitif and I can assure you that it arouses curiosity, because the taste (and it is the essential) remains in the mouth and, it seems, vitamins too. The little trick to know is to put a little lemon zest ... Try it and see. Otherwise, just play on the fruit exposure time to make them more or less dry. We also tried to put them in melted chocolate. Yum!
The operating mode is basic, but this simplicity is a plus! As for cleaning, it is very easy. So no worries on that side. For our part, since it takes a little time, we did blow the fruits overnight ...
