advance: about any technical details, I do not want to talk here, it is simply a question to me that "everyday life" and the handling to describe the Wildfire S.
Actually, I was until June 2011 a happy and satisfied owner of a Wildfire, ie the previous model of the Wildfire S and was super happy with it. But then, arose by chance the opportunity for Umme a Wildfire S coming to: I of course did not say no and gave my beloved Wildfire my brother :)
I want to comment briefly on the differences between the WF and WF S First: pierce the newer Android OS version and the faster processor and a better resolution one almost immediately to look very colorful and sharp to start the eye, the display is.
In everyday handling the changes and improvements manifest mainly through much faster and smoother work (browsing works fine, it's comfortable and a feast for the eyes), and higher usability and meaningful Ergänzugen to Froyo.
To cite just two examples: firstly, there are all important features such as GPS, Wi-Fi and mobile network very easy to reach through the upper scrollbar, which (at least for me) saves compared to Wildfire much widget space.
Secondly, the fact that you can choose in the menu between "all apps", the "most used" and the "recently downloaded". This concept is very well thought out, extremely convenient and facilitates the handling (and the time taken from "A" to "B" needs) enormous.
Above all, I want to say absolutely that the Android OS is very intuitive and logical to use! I have, when I got the WF time, about 2 hours needed my way to see, even though I had never heard of Android to date. This operating system is really simple and foolproof! So if someone does for the "unknown" OS worries: do not worry, it's much easier than you would imagine ;-) (and great!)
The processing of S WF is considered very valuable and elegant, really great are the (very fluid running and well-functioning) Live wallpapers and animations. Such a thing does not exist in 'old' Wildfire.
Generally speaking, that I discovered after several months use no Verschlimmbesserungen.
The reception I previously had no problems, even it often happens that I the only one in the round reception in the university refectory have what something to say :) Anyway, underground garages and Co. no longer a problem.
Just as the call (you can hear his opponent quite clearly, albeit a little bit quiet, the other way around you will be very well understood), and the SMS-s will easily by hand.
By tapping on the touch screen, there are also no problems, there will be no hangers, the touchscreen responds immediately and the letter runs smoothly.
The camera of the WF S is, in my view really quite passable, very much I love also the chance to make movies with LED lighting and focus, which can be set with just a tap (depending on the distance lights up the LED times more, sometimes less, totally awesome!).
Although I previously always thought no cell phone makes better pictures than my former Sony Ericsson K800i, so now I have my opinion changed- the Wildfire S holds loose with :)
The music player is good and can be, even though no equalizer is present, see and be heard. (There are plenty of apps that can significantly improve the sound quality, if desired, of course.)
The supplied headphones are sonically also totally fine. Thanks to the HTC music player I sent my MP3 player to retire :)
For battery life ... now that I use my WF S daily and extensively, it must with me every day on the outlet- which is absolutely not bad for me. When I lie in bed and fall asleep, it is said to me in good German pretty damn whether the phone is charging, or simply lying around so.
It is not a negative thing for me, after all I really ask for the baby during the day a lot from. And for these daily "rigors" keeps seeking the battery correctly Wacker. (Morning listening at 8 clock-full charge, at least 4 hours non-stop music, mobile network at least 8 hours, surf the web, watch videos possibly, various apps constantly open and close;.. In the evening by 20 clock is the battery level about 15%)
I would even say that the WF S battery lasts longer than the battery by his predecessor.
In a pinch I wear always the way a fully charged battery around with me, these I have, however, until now used only once, as the smartphone more than 24 hours could not be charged (as of March 12).
If one etc. a function / program in WF S missing, you can download the "missing" totally quickly and easily from the market and thus retrofit.
This "existential-for-all-and-all-a-app" system is really super awesome and not to imagine for me. So every user is given the opportunity to set up his smartphone suits him well and to be able to set the priorities that are important to you.
To make it clear: I as a linguist for example, have a bunch of Duden dictionaries etc. on it which really ease my studies immensely, but only one game because I do not play mag- while my brother almost all games on the cell phone to his WF has;) - a "normal" mobile phone could give me something more "user adapted" guaranteed offer not.
To me it has always been extremely important to be able to personalize my phone. Who personalization is just as important, will soon notice that HTC / Android is unbeaten in, the end users 'personalization technology' to allow all the freedom that you could ever imagine. I want it, at least not to miss.
If a WF-owner would ask me if it is worth buying from a WF S, then I would not hesitate to say yes.
I was / am already hellauf from Wildfire enthusiastic, but the Wildfire S is again a thick icing on the cake, it is an extremely successful "Wildfire upgrade" so to speak :)
For me this wonderful smartphone is an essential companion in everyday life. Whether I'm unitechnisch or pleasure.
It has not let me down and replaced loyal and reliable my schedule, scheduler, schedule, PillReminder, book, notepads, Cam, MP3 player, alarm clock, image editing program ... and so on. (Did the 150 apps for every situation ;-))
All the things that have previously "littered" only my purse, I sort in a concentrated form in my Hosentasche- on just about 10x6 cm.
This Efahrungsbericht is aimed primarily at those who have similar HTC Desire, Sensation and Co. possessed no high-end equipment the.
I dare say that in this case that the WF S have darstellt- but for those who -like I- either the predecessor, "normal" phones, or immature smartphones possessed a kind of 'downgrading' (direction LG KU900i Viewty or Samsung S5230) for which will be an affordable and also precisely why a priceless treasure this upgrade!
Dare and make your own experiences with this value for miracles!
From the price-performance ratio of these large pipsqueak is really recommendable top and unconditionally!
And apropos pipsqueak: so small I do not think that WF S, like all always do :) For me it's definitely big enough without adding bulk.
Kind Regards
