You should take a little time with the settings to adjust the image (for example, Perfect Natural Motion and Perfect Pixel HD Engine) and the sound (with or without the supplied subwoofer) to your own needs. If you do not when switching time 0.5 seconds has (and that would be really the only deficiency) then you have probably resort to another device. When existing image quality we like to wait 0.5sec. has changed to the transmitter.
We drive on the TV using the internal S2 tuner and have no problems with it. To avoid that set station lists goodbye with a software update, it is recommended to save the list to a stick.
We have in another room nor a 47pfl7008k / 12 and are just as satisfied with this device.
From our perspective there is for these two devices a strong buy recommendation
PS: No I do not work with Philips and I also do not know anyone who works there.
