Since my LG already had a passive 3D function and I say and write in more than 18 months all three times this function was used, so it was 3D, whether active or passive as in this Samsung as the old LG, no reason to buy. I refused at first the offer of the seller to use the active shutter glasses and focused more on the 200Hz. Since my LG still had 50Hz and thus saved me the famous soap opera effect, but then I was surprised that the 200Hz not bother me a bit.
I decided then nevertheless times under salesroom conditions (bright light and neon signs everywhere) to test the 3D function. Here snapped to the case of the seller friendly and I could not more different than this Samsung to buy. Unfortunately, a passive 3D TV can not compete with an active 3D TV. You never stop learning;)

The TV is very well protected by styrofoam and I recommend it to everyone, to keep the packaging for a guarantee or resell case. Will then to send this unit without the OVP otherwise no child's play.
Structure:
Couple is the structure which begins with Open the box and lift the unit out, no problem. The stand I do not use because I have a wall mount. Thanks to the device 400mmx400mm a wall mounting in a few minutes was done.
Furnishings:
I run a HD saddle Israel bowl on the equipment and the automatic channel allocation worked very well. I think it feels any different from what is an easy and simple operation for him. At least I was just fine with it. Oh, in case of problems you should obtain the manufacturer's manual on its website. Yes, it's a Smart TV, and who is on the shenanigans with the apps, has here certainly fun. The user I find beautiful and also the navigation is intuitive.
I myself will in future only use YouTube and the Amazon Instant Video app, because I bought the TV to 99% just because of the size and the picture because of cozy DVD evenings.
Sound:
For such a flat TV is the output quality quite OK. Sure, there are no high-end speakers installed but how to take advantage of the room for a good sound from the speakers. There are also now cheaper alternatives like a beautiful Soundbar etc .. I even operate this TV on a Onkyo receiver with JBL 5.1 set. If I have such a small movie screen body or hanging in the living room, then I would like also reasonable cinema sound.
Picture:
In my opinion, the picture is rather suboptimal set when one considers the factory settings. Because here everyone has their own preferences for contrast, color values, etc., you have to stop a little deal with the settings. There are to my knowledge forums. Optimal settings for football matches and co publish. But now to my absolute highlight: The 3D. As previous 3D objector I must admit that I have already ordered my 2 3D BluRay's and can not wait to be able to experience this in all its glory. I had to as a first reference 3D movie Step Up View 10405 part because our video library not yet very many Real has 3D movies. In short: Very cool! Speaking Real 3D: The TV can also, as before my LG, convert normal 2D image into a 3D image. Again, you can not compare the LG with Samsung.
