We wanted a plate with a high edge, high fruitcake nothing running down in the pudding with sprinkles and on the sides. With the normal baking trays because we had a bad experience and dirty the oven. This plate everything succeeds wonderful and thanks to Teflon coating it can be cleaned's play. The price-performance ratio makes me happy.
