I ordered this shift to put Windows 7 upgrade on a PC with an ASUS motherboard M4A78LT purchased in December 2011. Result: Incompatibility of the software provided with this card, Incompatibility with some software that run smoothly on Windows 7 and now do not turn over because it lacks Net Framework 2.0 (WinTV, Norton Ghost 15, etc ...) Fortunately I had backups of my system back to Windows 7!
No complaints on Amazon.com as I ascribe it 5 stars for the delivery and monitoring.
