I bought this chair for my mother who is 95 years old, so she could be closer to their TV to see better and hear better. Disappointment, 1) poor packaging (small plastic caps from the ends of the armrests are broken). 2) The installation, not very well explained (yet I am a professional handyman). I had to get back to three times. 3) When buying this chair, I thought the backrest was also automated by remote control, nay ... But I should have better read the explanations. The remote control is only used to vibrate the back and seat of this chair, my mother would not. 4) I find this chair "relaxation" is too expensive for the features it has. 5) So for this, I would put three stars, and again, I find to be very generous. Yet there is a positive point is delivery. Ordered received March 30 and April 1.
