Time a few facts

First of all, I have the game not from here but have the game from day one.
I drive Sim Racing since GTR (the Colin McRae series, GT4 and the DTM series for me are not simulations), so each owner'm Rennsim out there, I think I can allow myself a judgment.

I have a I5 3570K and a Gigabyte GTX 670OC which lies roughly at the level of a GTX 680 thanks to OC.
I play at 1920x1080.

With these settings, I have in a field of 30 cars, depending on the distance between 60 and 100 FPS.
Ultra must be not at all of the settings, you can see absolutely no difference too high, but the performance is much better.

CPU utilization is around 50-55%, previously was an AMD 955BE in it, so that the capacity utilization was approximately 75%.
Why such a high capacity utilization? This is due to the physics calculations and it will take place a lot, therefore minimum a quad core.
At the moment, AMD cards still behind it, but the blame can not be given SM which bears all AMD.
pCars part of nVidia meant to play program, NVIDIA has bought into the development and had, accordingly, access to the data, could thus optimize the driver for your game better.

Each game has its vehicles which can shine it where the physics fits quite well, but each game has its weak points.
Both game have their place and have fun in their own way.
Why exclusively for AC laser scanned tracks, Ferrari, good physics
What speaks against AC no change in the weather, no day / night cycles, poor Netcode, a maximum of 24 riders per original route, a stinkfaules development team what always makes promises, but the game is not reasonable gets to the starting line up today.
Why pCars- detailed cars, tracks, good physics, hot atmosphere
What speaks against pCars- high resource consumption, possibly bad Modbus-, goofy menu

As I said this is all just my opinion, be fun both.
Neither is better or worse right, they are just different.
Since today the religious war is entering a new phase.
As for me, I will definitely invest in the planned pCars2 back and participate again in the development somehow.
