I started this "treatment", there are a few months by combining some exercise and a balanced diet. First week I lost a few kilos little by little .. Then I stop taking the drugs because I always had this feeling hungry and I thought it was also ineffective complement. During the stop I have not lost any gram in sport and yet continuing my diet. I have since taken up again and I was losing little by little. Necessarily it is not a miracle product that makes losing weight in a few days but it is effective by making a diet and some exercise.
