I have taken the product in conjunction with my Almased cure. However, often holding a Shake long enough tired, especially from the range of noon to dinner, I've now tried with Chia seeds that yes swell in the stomach and up to 12 times its size to achieve.
However, I noticed the effect of absolutely nothing. The hunger was still two hours just as there, like a day without chia seeds.

Therefore, it is not suited for this weight loss effect!

The two stars from me it, because the delivery was really fast.
