So I put my GP-1, with the hope that it the above points would be better.
Unfortunately, this was not the case.
What I find most negative GP-1:
- Extremely high power consumption (! More than my old no-name) The power supply of the GP-1 is carried out via the camera's battery. Battery Grip beneficial.
- Syncronisation, so green until the LED lights up, takes a long time (as well as the no-name)
- The cable to the camera is a very long time. Personally, I too long. Is often in the way or you will easily hang anywhere.
What I find positive in the GP-1:
- The cable to the camera's interchangeable
- USB port (I have not used)
Since I now know two different models of GPS receivers and sufficient practical experience have accumulated, receives the GP-1 only 1 star. Even Nikon's pricing has been included in this review.
