Well: The rosane Knutschkugel is back and sucks like its namesake, the Kirby vacuum cleaner, once more through the world. On the typical, knuddel colorful, loose flaky kind Kirby experienced in "Kirby: Triple Deluxe" his latest adventure on the 3DS and scrapes while in my opinion the best games in the series.
Typical of Kirby may be the story hardly large claims. A small hanger enough - Kirby makes time to "Jack and the Beanstalk" - and already we have the start of an adventure in colorful worlds.
Equally classic, as the almost obligatory "inconsequential hanger" for history, are the gameplay. Man hops merrily from one side of the screen to the other, sucking opponents, taken their skills and can find various hidden items in between, increase the percentage of our Quiet savegame. Once again applies the rule: The game is easy, but who wants all that can be demanded quite a bit. Properly bock difficult passages, as in "Mass Attack" or Kirbys bonus missions in his last Wii offshoot, you will be more likely not meet.
To the delight of the players level are pleasant in length and you will not zugebombt with extra lives, as the last time was in Mario and Yoshi so. The bosses are not even just defeated so, but also quite long with at least two behaviors. Especially old acquaintances benefit here by some new attacks and the image depth plays a very significant role.
New to the series are the following little things: There is of course the very front Meganova. Kirby eats a luminous fruit of a branch of the beanstalk and can imbibe all parts of the world. Smaller puzzle can be solved with the ability, but also one or the other opponents, this suction force can be fatal. Playful offers not much depth, but it brings something fresh Pepp in the matter.
Then there would be the use of 3D. Kirby can act in the foreground or background, which looks really fantastic by the depth effect. And at the latest when Kirby is pressed against the screen of the 3DS and gummed it remains necessary to attest the title: Yes, here's a 2D game the depth effect really great times been involved. Although it is mostly gimmick and less gameplay: The 3D is great!
As latest addition, there are several small mini-games, and I can only highly recommend the music play with King Dedede (aka King Dedede). Wasted here an hour on hour in mini-games if you had time to be seen, but you can at least come up with and accepts not only old minigames new things. The control in this, as well as in the main game, the way work really well and are not too cluttered. Even one or two gyro-sector in which the 3DS is inclined / tilted, the quite catchy and simple control can not tarnish.
Speaking Gyro: The 3D switches in those moments from itself. Great because there are no distorted picture.
Sonically Kirby met again the expectations. Cute sounds provide the occasional catchy mate with the almost standardized "Kirby-loud". Let's be honest: That's soooooo cute when the little guy rumqietscht.
Why is it in the end is not enough to overthrow my absolute favorite series? Because it is too little trust. We experimented a lot with Kirby and shown what you can have it all for nice ideas. These ideas should not always in their own games (comparison: Mass Attach, Power Paintbrush) come to train, but once in a main game. The Meganova with their puzzle sections would be the approach in the right direction, but is too little and almost too trivial to use. Nevertheless, I feel so fantastic entertain such as in Kirby Super Star on the SNES (or DS), which already requires alone the highest rating among the stars.
